Protect your company first

Progress saves automatically on your device. Use the settings button in the game header to export your company before deleting the app, clearing browser storage, reinstalling or moving devices. The native export opens the device share sheet; browser export downloads a JSON file. Keep the file somewhere you can find again.

The opening screen offers Continue, New game and Load game. A previous-company backup is replaceable, so export important companies rather than relying only on that backup. Importing a save or opening another company changes the active company. Save exports are not Apple purchase receipts or an automatic cloud backup.

Purchase or membership help

In the native app, open Office → Store. Use Restore purchases under Restore, privacy & support for eligible purchase access. Check the Store’s result before attempting another purchase. Do not buy the same cash pack again to fix a delivery issue.

Consumable game cash, previously delivered benefits and a whole company save are different records. Restoring does not duplicate cash packs, previously delivered monthly capital or buildings already delivered or sold. Purchased landmarks stay with the game company that received them.

Membership is a recurring Apple subscription. God Mode can also be purchased once; buying it does not cancel an existing membership. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple Account subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Ad bonuses and privacy

Optional rewarded ads grant game cash only after earned-reward confirmation. Closing early or an unavailable ad grants no bonus. Ad availability may depend on region, privacy choices, network and daily limits. Automatic ads do not grant a reward.

Available ad privacy choices can be reopened in Office → Store → Restore, privacy & support → Ad privacy options. Declining an optional reward does not prevent ordinary gameplay.

What to include in a report

• The app version and iOS build number shown on the start screen or in settings.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• What you were doing, what happened and what you expected.
• A screenshot if it helps. Share a company export only if needed and review its contents first.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card information. Keep your Apple receipt for purchase support.
