Game progress
Progress, settings, virtual balances and entitlement records are stored on your device. Export save creates a file you control. Import is available in supported browser versions; the native App Store version does not currently import save files. Local-only progress is not automatically uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app or its data may remove progress. Purchase restoration does not restore spent consumables or all gameplay progress.
Advertising and privacy choices
The app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded advertising. Ad availability depends on the app version, region, consent and network availability. When these services are used, Google may receive device or app identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, ad views and interactions, product interactions, crash information, performance and other diagnostic data. Google uses these for advertising, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Data may be associated with an app or device identifier. On iOS, tracking permission is requested where applicable; declining tracking does not prevent playing, and contextual rewards may remain available. Regional consent or opt-out choices are presented where required. Available consent settings appear under Settings → Ad privacy choices. Google describes its practices in its privacy policy and Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. We do not receive payment-card details. The app uses verified transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase and expiry dates, and revocation information to grant and restore eligible benefits and prevent duplicate rewards. These entitlement records are stored locally. Memberships renew until canceled through Apple; fixed-duration ad-free passes do not automatically renew. See Apple’s privacy information.
Optional gameplay analytics
When you turn on Settings → Share gameplay analytics, we use PostHog US Cloud to understand gameplay and improve balance, reliability and purchase flows. We send a randomly generated installation identifier, session identifiers, app build, screens visited, game actions, aggregated click counts, progression milestones, world and event context, and purchase or reward outcomes. We do not send account names, email addresses, payment-card information, receipts, precise location, search text, or full save files through this analytics feature. The installation identifier can connect your gameplay events over time; it is not your Apple advertising identifier. Session recordings, heatmaps and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Our project is configured to discard client IP addresses from stored events and disable location enrichment. Network providers still process IP addresses to deliver requests. Sharing is optional and off by default. Turn it off to stop future collection; this does not automatically delete events already received. PostHog’s free plan guarantees one year of event retention; older events may remain in cold storage or be deleted under its retention policy. Account features
There is no configured production account or cloud-save service in the current release. Playing the base game does not require an account. If a future version enables account linking, we will describe provider identifiers, account data, cloud-save processing and deletion options before enabling that service.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, diagnose your issue and maintain support records. Avoid sending passwords, verification codes or payment-card data. This website is hosted on WordPress.com; its hosting, security and cookie practices are described in Automattic’s privacy policy.
Retention and choices
You control local save files. Start a new game resets gameplay but preserves purchase history and eligible purchase access to prevent duplicate grants. To remove local app data, use your device’s app deletion controls. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information we hold. We retain support information for support, security and applicable recordkeeping needs. Apple, Google and PostHog provide additional information about data they process and applicable privacy choices.
Children
The game is not designated as a children’s app. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to support can contact us for deletion assistance.
