Your saved family
Progress is stored on your device. Use the game’s export controls to keep a save file you control. If saving fails, export your current chapter before closing the app. Do not delete or reinstall the app to troubleshoot: deleting its data can remove progress. Restoring purchases does not restore an entire saved family.
Purchases and membership
Open the Family office and select Restore purchases to ask Apple to restore eligible entitlements. Use Manage subscription to review or cancel an Apple subscription. Membership automatically renews until canceled through Apple. Restoration does not create duplicate benefits. If delivery fails, reopen the store and restore purchases rather than purchasing the same item again.
Advertising
Automatic ads can appear between ordinary gameplay activities. Active membership removes automatic ads. Rewarded construction videos are optional; members can make eligible claims without watching a video. Ad availability depends on consent, region, network and provider availability. Open Family office → Ad privacy choices to review available regional choices.
